REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AIRDOOO SPORTS. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ROLLER SKATES AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT: To ensure the products remain in brand-new condition, please only try on roller skates indoors on a clean, carpeted, or smooth surface. Any items showing signs of outdoor use, wheel wear, scuff marks, or damage will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you must contact us first at could@airdooo.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to our international processing center at the following address:

4th Floor, No. 12 Xiaoqing Road, Qiankeng Village, Gushan Town, Yongkang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China.

SHIPPING COSTS: Please be aware that for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer, you will be responsible for paying the cross-border return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

1.Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

2.Items purchased during clearance sales or using specific promotional discounts. 

3.Gift cards.

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (e.g., a different size or color) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at could@airdooo.com.
